Any insurance products purchased via Prospr are distributed through Sun Life Financial Distributors (Canada) Inc. Mutual funds are distributed through Sun Life Financial Investment Services (Canada) Inc. 

You can schedule time with an advisor through our appointment booking tool . Talk to one of our salaried advisors anytime between Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET and Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. ET. You can choose between Zoom or a phone call.

There is no fee to speak with an advisor.

Currently, our advisors are equipped to help you in English, French, Mandarin, Cantonese, Arabic, Urdu, Farsi, Punjabi and Hindi.

Yes! Schedule an appointment with an advisor and they can work with you to design a solution that is best suited for you. Whether it’s life insurance, mortgage protection solutions, critical illness insurance, disability insurance, or health insurance, your advisor team is happy to help. They can also help you open a savings account like an RRSP or TFSA, and access investments.  

Through ongoing consultations, your advisor team will assess your needs with expertise and care. Then, they’ll share personalized recommendations based on your goals – and they’ll even tell you what you may not need. Once you are ready and know what you want to purchase, your advisor team will guide you through the application process. You can complete the whole application online, so you won’t have to leave your home and fill out paper forms.
